Easter celebration on lockdown

Easter Sunday mass, one of the most important time of the year in the lives of the world’s 1.3 billion Catholics is to be  celebrated  under a Coronavirus lockdown.
Ever since the emergence of the pandemic, gatherings have been suspended which includes mass celebrations.

The question of how long the COVID-19 will continue to decide how we live our lives, disrupting lifestyles, norms and traditions, as it claims over 100,000 lives.

The congregation now has to attend liturgical celebrations by watching them streamed online and our priests, forced to speak to the camera hoping their congregation are listening from the other side.
